DESTINATION!!!!!

Ely Lambert says “Many people are “directional challenged”. In other words they have no goals in their lives and often end up in painful relationships and situations because they don’t plan to get anywhere in life.
According to the oxford Advance learner’s dictionary, DESTINATION is defined as a place to which somebody or something is going or being sent.
Am sure many will wonder why I am writing on destination, but I have been thinking deeply of late and I realize that many people do not know their destination, many people have missed their destination due to one thing or another.
Let me sight an example. How do you feel when you board a vehicle and the driver takes you farther than your destination? I have seen some cases, the passengers tend to flare up, and some just come down quietly without saying a word to the driver.
Many things can cause one to miss his/her destination in life..... many people are not certain about their destination so they tend to just go without knowing where exactly they are going to, many people do not even have an idea about what their destination looks like, so they don’t move, they just roam around a fixed place.. some know their destination but they get carried away on their way and then miss out, some who know their destination, don’t even know how to get there, so ask for directions and in the process they miss out. For the wise ones who really know where they are going they just remain focused and concentrate on how to get to their destination. WHAT IS YOUR OWN DESTINATION? HOW FAR HAVE YOU GONE? ARE YOU ON THE RIGHT PATH? Just be sincere to yourself….
Am sure once or twice you have seen or heard stories of people who sleep off in the vehicle and forget to drop at their destination, it’s always funny when you see such people waking up to see that they have passed their destination...they always look confused and pathetic.
Our destination is very important in life; not knowing where you are going makes you feel stupid and frustrated at times. A man/woman has to be filled with vision (an idea or a picture in your imagination) to reach his/her destination.
Not finding out your destination before you move is a great disaster as you may end up going the wrong way. This brings pain and unhappiness. You have to have an idea of where you are going to be on the safer side. People who have found and arrived at their destination (right destination) end up happy, fulfilled and successful.
Note that the only person who can help you know your destination is GOD. The Bible says in Proverbs 16:9 that “a man’s heart devises his way but the Lord directs his path”. Whenever you feel uncertain about where you are going, go to your creator (God) and He will direct you.
Remember also that for every individual there is a final destination, our final destination is HEAVEN. Don’t take the wrong path, focus on your maker, don’t be deceived, don’t be diverted, don’t be carried away, don’t sleep off, be focused and remain strong and determined. Don’t wonder about in a desultory fashion. Don’t miss your final destination. Know your destination. I love you all…Cheers
